("ISI") was appointed interim receiver and receiver and manager of 1539304 Ontario Inc., known as Trinity Landing, without security, of all the assets, undertakings and properties , by Order of the Honourable Madam Justice Pepall of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated November 12, 2008. Trinity Landing is a 50 unit residential condominium redevelopment project located at 80 King William Street, Hamilton, ON.
