By Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Campbell dated November 15, 2011, ISI was appointed Receiver and Manager over the assets, properties and undertakings of the Company. The Receiver is currently managing the property and formulating its plan for the sale of the asset. By Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Campbell dated May 10, 2012, upon application by Firm Capital Mortgage Fund Inc., ISI was discharged as Receiver and Manager and substituted by Deloitte & Touche Inc. All enquiries should be directed to Deloitte & Touche Inc.
