DAUPHIN MEDIA GROUP LIMITED

On August 1, 2014, Dauphin Media Group Limited ("Dauphin") filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (the "Act"). Dauphin was a publisher of magazines, most notably, Holmes – The Magazine to Make it Right. Dauphin ceased operations in 2012 and at the date of bankruptcy Dauphin had no assets, and accordingly the Trustee advises that there will no recovery for creditors. Please be advised that customers who paid for subscriptions prior to the date of bankruptcy and did not receive their full set of subscribed issues are unsecured creditors.

CUSTOMERS WHO PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS BY CREDIT CARD, SHOULD MAKE A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, RATHER THAN FILING A CLAIM IN THE BANKRUPTCY. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF THE BANKRUPTCY TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, WHICH CAN BE DOWNLOADED ABOVE.
