On February 21, 2008, Acton Leather Co. Inc. ("HIDE HOUSE") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (the "Act"). HIDE HOUSE is currently reviewing its options in attempting to formulate a restructuring Proposal to its creditors.

Liquidation sale
The Danbury Group is managing the
liquidation sale of the assets of HIDE HOUSE being held at the 49 Eastern
Avenue (off Hwy 25) Acton, ON, 522 King Street West (just West of Spadina
Ave.), downtown Toronto and the 57 Northview Blvd. (North of Hwy. #7; off
Weston Rd.), Vaughan locations.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS WHO PAID DEPOSITS OR WHO ARE
HOLDING GIFT CERTIFICATES
Please be advised that gift certificates
cannot be honoured at the sale locations. Holders of gift certificates, as well
as customers, who paid deposits for garments not received prior to February 22,
2008, are unsecured creditors and will participate in these proceedings.
